After having my third baby, I felt the biggest I've ever felt—and I weighed the most I've ever weighed.
My third pregnancy was my hardest, and I ate my way through it to feel better. I gained 50 pounds total during my third pregnancy. With my first and second pregnancies I had gained 40 pounds.
There was something about this pregnancy and carrying the extra weight that compelled me to need to lose the weight ASAP. I wanted to feel and look like I knew I could. I didn't want this to be a journey I'd go on for years. I wanted to do it now.
So, that's what I did. I used my weight loss tools that I'm trained in as a Certified Weight Loss Coach to lose the weight.
Because I'm a wife, mom of three little boys, and run a thriving coaching practice, my life is very full. I didn't have time to overhaul my eating habits, start working out, or doing all types of extra things. I knew I had to do this in a simple, focused, and effective way.
Four months later and the weight is off! I lost all 50 pounds and I'm so very proud of that.
