Here's the thing about weight loss—you already know what to do. So does everyone. Yet, why isn't everyone as thin as they want to be?

That's where I come in.

I won't be teaching you new weight loss tools. I'll be helping you lose weight faster and more consistently than you would alone. I speed up weight loss and make it permanent for you.

My approach is different. There's no exercise required. You don't need to overhaul your eating habits.

You don’t have to do more — you just have to do things differently.

I'll work with you daily to make small tweaks that result in immediate weight loss.

I’ve personally lost 50 pounds after having my third baby in just four months. I’ve also helped clients lose 65 pounds, 20 pounds, 15 pounds, and 10 pounds. I'm also a professionally certified weight loss coach.

This type of weight loss coaching is 1:1 weight loss coaching. Meaning the measure of success is based on the number on the scale (not eating habits, not exercising, not blood sugar tracking—weight loss). I do everything I can to help you reach your goal. The coaching is via a private coaching app between me (Natalie) and you. How it works is you report your weight daily and I give you specific tweaks to make to lose weight. This is a six-month container. No calls. Just having me in your back pocket telling you exactly what to do to lose weight. 


On average, my clients lose 8–10 pounds per month. Results vary, of course — and like anything, it depends on doing the work. The clients I work with get exceptional results, which makes it a lot of fun for both me as a coach and them as clients.
